Return Shipping Guidelines

Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location available for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the product. 

If you can include a tracking number for us for the return of the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover costs for return shipping.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.

Please note that sale or gift items cannot be returned.

Koizuma does not cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 1-2 business days. 

You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (1-3 Days) or an in-store credit (Instant)

Any purchase from means that you understand and agree with our terms of service.

How can I cancel my order?

There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs. These charges are not refunded to us if we process a cancellation.

We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy in order to get a refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!

Shipping Orders

Fulfillment time varies and orders ship typically within 1-3 business days unless noted at the time order is placed or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. free shipping is not valid for Alaska and Hawaii addresses, additional shipping costs apply. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification, external condition, or the time the order has been placed. Certain products may be delivered in separate shipments.
